Dear Team ,

We are facing this issue when clicking up on webform fulfilment tab. Screen got freezed and even we are not able to login

Hello Narender,

This is because you have been automatically pushed to our New Fulfillment product. You will not be able to use WebForms anymore, and I see that Santosh on your team successfully upgraded to Fulfillment this morning. You can log in at https://commerce.spscommerce.com with the email and password that Santosh set up.

Hey Allie,

I followed the link and have selected the forgot password link so that I can gain access to the new site, however I am not receiving any emails allowing access. Can you please help?

You will need to work with your IT team to ensure that emails from noreply@spscommerce.com are not being blocked by your email server. Emails may also go to spam folders.

I signed up to have 4 additional users last week and have added 3 into Webforms.  Those 3 do not carry over into Fulfillment.  How can we fix that?

Each user will need to log into their WebForms account and upgrade to Fulfillment separately to get their accounts linked up.
