No one in our company (Popcornopolis) has made the transition yet, although we are actively trying to at this point, but there is no "Get Started" link available.

We've tried logging in, with no luck, and when we try to do the reset password, on every possible user, we don't receive any email.

It looks like Larry on your team has already upgraded your username, and he did that on Tuesday. Currently, Popcornopolis is only paying for one username. I recommend getting the login information from him!
