Wrong item information populating in UCC-128 Labels

The labels are have the correct quantity, but the description, item #, product ID & # are all for the first item.

Sorry you are experiencing issues. What trading partner is this regarding? Did you send the ASN or is it saved to drafts?

It is FGL.  It is saved to the drafts folder right now.  The labels need to be correct in order to send the ASN

Hi Katie,

I will jump in here as Carrie will not be in the office for a couple hours and I realize this is time-sensitive.  I just pulled up the labels and on my end they match what was entered on the ASN.  I show "Pack Info" 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 being the same SKUs, resulting in the same information (with different quantities).  Is it possible there was confusion regarding the items on the order?  All of this being said, there were a couple issues with the FGL labels yesterday which have since been resolved, but were discussed in this thread.  Please let me know if you have further questions on the labels.
