I need an order for Stein Mart reset please. My shipping manager accidentally rejected a po change and now i cant work with it. The po # is 245268972. My company is Duck Head LLC and my name is Greg

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have reset the PO Change for you, however, this does not resolve the issue you are experiencing.  You will need a PO to be able to create any documents.

PO Changes only work to change a PO and you can not create an Advance Ship Notice or Invoice off of them.  Stein Mart will need to send you a PO for the order or you will not be able to work with the document.

I see you have already sent in a case about that and you are working with an analyst on that.  They will need to help you resolve the issue with the transmission of POs.
