Regarding the workflow sidebar inside of each purchase order...

Every order will appear as blank under order status, shipment, and billing. 

Does this mean that our 855,856,810 hasn't been received by the buyer?

Is there a way within SPS to confirm whether or not these documents have been received via EDI? Thanks!

There are two alternative answers to your question:

1. For customers who utilize ONLY the SPS Commerce "Fulfillment" web portal to send / receive documents:

Yes, the workflow sidebar will show the full story of an order. If there are no documents listed under the "Shipment," "Invoice," etc. steps of that workflow, there were no documents sent to the retailer for that order.

2. For customers who utilize our Integrated EDI services and are able to send and receive documents via a direct-to-ERP connection:

No, the workflow sidebar will not always tell the full story of the order. Documents sent via file integration will most often not be displayed in the workflow sidebar of each order in Fulfillment.

We would be the latter of the two scenarios which you described.  Is there any type of report available from SPS showing the documents which we've sent and SPS has successfully received.  Thanks!
