will not click to start a new account? Socket Source Inc. already has an account. when i click on get started nothing happens.

I don't have that option for live chat. All I get is "welcome to Fulfillment" I click on get started and nothing happens.

My apologies, I should have removed the Messenger option from the list. I'd recommend making sure pop-ups are allowed in the browser you're using and try again, but this is definitely something our Support team can work through with you.
