Why wasn't my document integrated/transmitted into NetSuite?

One possible reason for a document to not process into your NetSuite system is because a cross reference may not be setup for an item or store location on that document.  If this is the case, our system will send an error notification regarding this document.  Please check to see if you received an error notification.

If you have items that needed to be added to our cross reference database, please click here to see the necessary information to send in.

If you need to update a retailer store location in our cross reference database, please click here to see the necessary information to send in.

If you are unable to find the error message, please reach out to our File Integrated Services team through chat, email, phone, or by posting in our Support Center.
