Why is the Ship To information incorrect on my shipping labels?

I’ve completed my Advance Ship Notice, and I’m ready to print labels. However, when I view my UCC-128 labels, the Ship To Information is incorrect. I’ve double checked my Advance Ship Notice form, and there isn’t a field in which I can update this information. Can you please advise on how to proceed?

If you can't adjust the shipping information found on a shipping label in the data entry form, it is likely is because the information is stored and sourced by SPS Commerce. Generally we electronically receive lists of store addresses and we do our best to ensure that the information is accurate and up-to-date based on what is transmitted. However, occasionally new stores are added and/or updated manually and the information may not have been transferred electronically to SPS.

If you find that you cannot change incorrect Ship To information in the data entry form, please contact Customer Operations and provide us with the correct address info, so that we may update our system with that information.
