Why is my invoice not being sent?

I am new to this system, and I am having difficulty with the invoicing process. I see my invoice to be submitted and all information looks great, but I don't see an option to send.
Do you have a tutorial that I can refer to?

Hi Erica! Thank you for contacting the SPS Commerce Support Center. Are you sending your invoices from WebForms and is there a specific PO number you are working on? If so, I think the video link below will provide a good overview of the invoicing process:
