For example, I got a oder today, and then, i will get another PO change with exact same information. there is nothing different between my order and po change. I dont know why i just keep recieving the PO change?
Thank you for contacting the support center! PO Changes are typically sent from trading partners to distinguish a specific change on a PO, such as shipped date or deleting items. They are also sometimes sent as a cancellation, cancelling the PO in the account.
The PO Changes are sent over from your trading partner and we transform that data and put it in your account. If the PO Changes have the exact same information as the PO, you may want to reach out to trading partner and inquire why they are sending the PO Change with the same information as the PO.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions about this. I will be happy to take a look at your account and try to determine if there is a reason the trading partner is sending over the PO Changes.
