Why do I see a red 'X' on my labels, where my product information should be?

I'm trying to print my UCC-128 labels, but I see a large red 'X' on my labels. How do I fix this?

Typically the reason the red ‘x’ appears in the top left corner is because there is an issue with how the actual ASN form was filled out. A common issue is that an extra Order, Pack, or Item repetition will have been added to the Order tab without any subsequent content. To review potential errors, reload the form and ensure that there are not any extra repetitions, or empty fields on the Order tab of the form. Similarly, please check to see that all product information is entered correctly, ensuring that all product numbers have the correct number of characters, and there are not any spaces or invalid characters entered.
