When I try to view the shipping label under the related documents button, I get an HTTP 500 Apache error instead of a window displayig the lable. Is this due a data issue in the ASN or is it due to a java or some other system error.

I noticed the ASN does have two Pack IDs even though there is only on item.

Hello Ginny!

Thank you for your post! I had the chance to look into the issue you've been experiencing and it looks like you've entered the tracking number into the container ID field which would cause the bar code to not properly generate and cause this error. While you're set up is complete and you are trading files with them, it appears that you're implementation analyst would be your best point of contact for proper training at this point. I will be sending you an e-mail with their contact information!

Have a wonderful day Ginny!
