There are very small dots being printed on the background of my UCC 128 labels. Is this an SPS setting that I can change? I do ASN's for Dick's Sporting Goods on SPS and they are saying that these dots are not acceptable, but I can't seem to change it. Please help ASAP.

Hey Andrea,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center! I was able to verify that I'm not able to replicate the dots on the Dick Sporting Good's labels on my side. This leads me to believe this is an issue with your printer or ink settings. You will want to check on your physical printer settings to determine if that is causing the issue.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks and have a great day!
