I received a Purchase Order Change, but I can’t accept or reject it. I also never received an original order for this change. Can I create documents directly from the change?

From within WebForms, a Purchase Order Change (POC) ties directly with the original Purchase Order (PO) received. Without an original PO, there is nothing for the POC to build from, or modify. If a POC is received without a PO, talk to your buyer to make sure that you are not missing any orders and to determine how to proceed with the POC.

HI KamalJeet,

New incoming Purchase Orders received from your trading partners will be located in your Inbox. If you are having trouble locating a received order, I would suggest confirming with your buyer representative that they have indeed submitted your order through EDI.

If you are looking for some additional training on how to use WebForms and locate a received order, this video provides an introductory look at WebForms and how it works. Check it out and let us know if you have any further questions!
