Hi, Candy! If you've checked to make sure all of your software updates have been installed, I would try clearing your Java cache. Instructions to do so are below:

1. Go to your Java Preferences.

2. Go to the “Network” tab and select delete files.

3. Completely close down your Mozilla Firefox browser. Make sure the Blue light goes off under the Icon in the Dock as this is what indicates if a program is still running or not.

4. Re-start Firefox and log back in to WebForms to try loading a form.

Please let me know if you are still unable to load the forms and we can investigate this further!

Hi Candy,

If you're still have some troubles working with WebForms on a Mac computer, we've compiled two training guides (based on Mac OS versions) that can really help you out! Take a look at, and let us know if this helps!
