Why aren't there Orders available for download in my Scan and Pack module?

When I refresh orders in Scan and Pack, there are no orders to download? How do I proceed?

From WebForms navigate to your Sent items and ensure the PO that you would like to forward is located in your Sent items in a non bold status. If the document is in a unread bold status, this means that it is still in transit, on the way to your pack station and will arrive shortly. If it is in a non bold acknowledged status, try refreshing orders again in Scan and Pack as it should arrive momentarily.
