Hi Charles,

We would be happy to take a look and see why your invoices are being rejected! I see that you have been working with Luke Porter. He has sent an escalation request to our Non-Integrated Implementation team to make a correction with your Fred Meyer Non-Food setup. I will raise the priority of that request and follow up with management on the Non-Integrated Implementation team to ensure a quick resolution on this issue.

We will keep you posted on the status of this situation, and will do our best to make sure your invoices process successfully.
