Anabel,

Thank you for contacting the Support Center! In regards to your inquiry, there are a couple common causes as to why this is happening to you.

1. When completing any other portion of your documents you may have check the done check box in the lower left corner. To reopen the PO follow these steps.
 - Search for the PO
- Click the check box to the left under the status column
- Go to select an action at the bottom of the screen and select "open"
- Re-fresh your screen and try to access again.

2. When using Internet Explorer:
- Click the Tools menu in the upper right corner.  It may just be a symbol of a gear that you can click on.
- Go to Internet Options at the bottom of the Tools Menu.
- On the General Tab of the Internet Options window, look for where it says Browsing History and click the Delete button that is next to the Settings button.
- On the Delete window, put a check mark in “Temporary Internet Files” and “Cookies.” Then hit the Delete button.
- After deleting the files click the Settings Button in the Internet Options window, and choose the options “Every time I visit the page.”
- Close Internet Explorer and reopen it to make sure the changes take place.

If you are still having difficulties, I would recommend calling into our Support Team at 888-739-3232 and an analyst will be able to help you walk through what you are experiencing as it may be a unique issue.
