Why does my PO's checked on one page disappear when I check the other PO's in the second page?

I have some PO's on the first page of 100 po's and the balance are on the second page. But my first page doesn't stay checked

Hi there,

Thanks for posting in the Support Center. When trying to find documents you can use the advanced search. It lets you filter down to the parameters that you want. You can get there by clicking the "Search" underneath the "Log Out" area on the upper right hand side of WebForms. After you have the list of documents that you want, notice the two different checkbox options in the bottom left hand side: Select Page and Select All Results. If you just select the page, it will only pick up what you have set for the documents/page. If you select all results, it will mark all of them regardless of the documents/page. However, if you page over to the next page, it will essentially refresh the page and uncheck that box. So just trust that it is selecting all of the documents.
