Hi Rob,

Thank you for your post! I would be happy to help but I do have a couple of clarifying questions for you:

-Which Internet browser are you working with? (Please make sure you are using Mozilla Firefox if you are using a Mac. Google Chrome no longer supports the plugins needed for Webforms to function.)

-When you say "no data showing in Webform Documents" do you mean when you click on an ID you are getting a blank screen? Or do you mean that when you select a form from "next steps" nothing comes up?

Once I have a bit more information about the issue you are facing I should be able to provide a bit more insight.

Thanks,
Allison

Hello Allison,
Thank you for the quick response. To answer your questions:
- Internet brower: have switched to Mozilla Firefox which has created problems, specifically Firefox does "not trust" SPS page:  see below

-"no data showing in Webform Documents"
this is what appears on screen; just the header bar/panel; rest of page is white

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the images! They are very helpful! Here are a couple things to try:

1. Add *.hosted-commerce.net to trusted sites:
-Click the menu button in the upper right hand corner (three horizonal lines)
-Click "Options", then "Security"
-Under General there is an option that says "Warn Me when sites try to install add-ons". Click the button that says "Exceptions..."
-Add *.hosted-commerce.net

2. Reset Firefox:
-Click the menu button and then click help .
-From the Help menu choose Troubleshooting Information.
-Click the Reset Firefox button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.
-To continue, click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.

I hope that helps!

Thanks,
Allison

I work on a Mac and use Safari to access the Web Forms.  I have always been successful  to see and work with the Web Forms Documents until today, 9/16/15.  I like working in Safari because it prints the forms in a more workable format and is very efficient.  Could you please tell me how I might be able to restore the ability to work in Safari on my Mac?  I have updated Java and have done everything that has been explained to do.  Help! I'm very frustrated.

Thank you in advance for any assistance one can give.

Hello LuAnn,

Thank you for your comment! Unfortunately Safari is not currently one of Webforms supported browsers. We do see that it works intermittently, however we do not have troubleshooting steps to optimize performance.

I would recommend using Mozilla Firefox. That is our recommended browser when using a Mac.

I apologize for any inconvenience that may cause you. Hopefully you will see improved function after switching to Firefox.

Thanks,
Allison

Thank you Allison.  Unfortunately that is not exactly what I was hoping to hear.
Perhaps you could assist me with a small issue then.  When I print orders from Firefox, it prints 2 or 3 pages for every order.  Is there anyway to reduce that paper consumption to print the entire order on just one sheet of paper.  Conservation is very important to me and the company.

Best regards,

LuAnn
