Why did most of our open PO's for Sports Authority drop off the list in SPS. We need to send ASN's but the PO are no longer listed.

Sports Authority open PO's 46113, 46114, 46115, 46116, and 46117 are no longer listed in our SPS fill shown in your website. We need to send the ASN's right now the goods have been shipped and will be reaching their DC's in the next couple of days. If the ASN's are not sent we will receive a major chargeback.

ALmost all of our open Sports Authority PO's are no longer on our SPS screen. THis makes it impossible to send ASN notification before the merchandise is recd at customers DC.

I logged in to your account and also did not find the POs listed above.  Are you aware of when you received them in your WebForms account?  With transmission details, I can look further.

Great, thank you.  Do you mind forwarding on the "New Document" email you receive from SPS Commerce (just one will be good) to niservices@spscommerce.com and put "Attention: Jordan" in the subject line?

This will give me greater detail as I will need entire PO numbers and exact dates to search the system.

I have an update for you.  It looks like Sports Authority requested two divisions of your company be setup, which then requires a second login.  Johnny, an analyst here, is sending an email to Ming See as wee speak with the credentials.  Are you able to work with Ming to get the login information or would you like me to send an email your way with it as well.
