Who should I speak with if I am having issues with the testing portal?

Any questions or issues which you are having during the testing process should be directed to your Implementation Consultant that is assigned to your setup with that trading partner.

Fulfillment Support will be your support team once testing is complete and you are sending and receiving production documents.
