We've received our first order from Costco and now we have an order change in the system.  Which should we accept first, the original order or the change?  Or does it matter?

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

When receiving a change order into you account you will want to first make sure that the original Purchase Order has been acknowledged. You can do this the following two ways:
  1. Put a check mark in the status box to the left of the Purchase Order and then go down to 'Select and Action' and choose Mark read
  2. Click on the ID of the Purchase Order to open up the 'Style-Sheet' of the order (***Note - both of these will cause the Purchase Order to no longer appear boded in your account, which is confirmation that you have acknowledged it.)
After making sure that the original order was acknowledged you will then want to accept the Change. This will then create another new Purchase Order in your account with the updated information from the Change. That new Purchase Order will be the one that you will want to use to create other documents off of as necessary. If you're having trouble accepting the order please see the video below that will walk you through necessary steps.

I hope this helps and please feel free to reach out with any further questions!
