Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

The ASN you choose will depend on how you are packing your shipments.

The Pick and Pack is the most common type used as it packs in a more traditional manner of packing while the SOTPI is what you would use when you have multiple orders going to the same store.

It stands for Store, Order, Tare (pallet), pack (carton), and item.  So if you are assigning the store first, then the POs, then the Tare, then the cartons, then the items going in the cartons.  If you are sending one ASN from a PO to a single location, you would send the Pick and Pack ASN.

If you have any further questions that are specific for your business, I see that your connection is still being owned by a dedicated implementation analyst.  I would reach out to them and see what they would recommend as well.
