Where are my trading partner’s minimum requirements located?

First, you need to determine what type of site your retailer is using to relay information to its vendor community: a website dedicated to the program or the SPS Commerce portal site. 

Portal:
If you were given a user name and password, your retailer uses a portal page. Your login information was given to you in a communication from your retailer.

Access your login page here.

Your trading partner’s minimum requirements can be found in the Partner Information section of your portal page. Immediately after logging in, before navigating to your catalog user interface, select Partner Information from the left side of the screen and select your trading partner.

Within your specific partner’s information page, you will see a folder labeled What are the Electronic Requirements. Click on the ATTRIBUTE REQUIREMENT SUMMARY document. Your partner's minimum requirements are listed as mandatory under the Attribute Requirements section of the document.

Website:
A link to your retailer's dedicated program website was sent to you in a communication from your retailer. It may have also been provided to you by your Community Account Executive. Once at the site, scroll to the bottom of the page under specifications and click on the ATTRIBUTE REQUIREMENT SUMMARY document. Your partner's minimum requirements are listed as mandatory under the Attribute Requirements section of the document.
