Why doesn't everything show on the Overview page like it did before this cumbersome revamp of the system? I get a notification of a product activity report but it is not there on the list when I log in and click overview like it was before. where is the product activity report?
The purpose of the Overview Page is to host all orders in an open status that need action taken, so it doesn't function as an inbox for all document types. You can locate Remittance Advice documents in your Transactions Tab! The Transactions Tab will show documents in the order they're received, or you can use the "Advanced Search" tools to filter out for only Remittance Advice documents, or only "inbound" documents. You can even save these search filters to use later! Sales filters will be in your Favorites Tab.
