Where Do I Update ASN Ship Date?

From which tab can I adjust the "ASN Ship Date"? We were fined for NOT adjusting the "ASN Ship Date" when the product was picked up late. Thanks,

Just to clarify, do I update the ship date in the "Header", "Shipment" or "Order" Tab? Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Usually the Ship Date field is found on the "Header" tab of your ASN.  This can vary slightly depending on which trading partner the ASN is for.  If you would help help with your specific form, please give us a call and we would be happy to help!
