Why are my purchase orders blank?

I have two new purchase orders from Bass Pro Shops. When I click to open them they open with a blank page.

Hi Ed,

Thank you for posting in support center.  Are you using Internet Explorer 11?  If so, you will want to set the compatibilitiy view.  You can do so by clicking on the tools gear icon in the upper right hand side of the browser.  From there, you will want to select the compatibility view settings.  Once the new screen pops up, please add the site that automatically populates.  From there you should be able to view the purchase orders.  The easiest way to add SPS to the compatibiltiy view is to do the steps above while logged into your WebForms account. 

If you are using Google Chrome, unfortunately, we do not support this
browser. However, we have found success in adding "IE Tab". You can do
this by Googling "IE Tab for Google Chrome" and follow the steps to do
that.

Please let me know if you are still unable to open the orders after setting the compatibility view or adding IE tab!

When I open the documents are blank. No information. These are orders and we need to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Kristin,

Thank you for posting in Support Center.  Are you using Internet Explorer to access the purchase orders or Google Chrome?  We recommend using either Internet Explorer or Firefox as Chrome is not one of our supported browsers.  If you are using Internet Explorer, you will need to adjust the compatibility view settings.  You can do so by clicking on the tools gear icon in the upper right hand

Some documents won't open?.


From the Inbox, I am able to open orders from Canadian Tire, but not from Federated Co-Op or Rona. Any ideas why some come up blank?

Thank you for posting in Support Center.  I believe you are experiencing the same issue that is listed above.  If you follow the instructions I posted for the original question, you should be able to view the orders correctly.  If you still have issues or have any questions please let me know!

Thank for your post!  I believe you are having similar issues to the customers above.  If you follow the instructions outlined in my original post you should be able to view and print the orders correctly.  Please let me know if you have any questions!

I am having the same problem as listed above.  I followed the directions and set the website up in compatibility view settings but they are still showing as blank.  I even logged out and logged back in to see if that would help but they are still blank.
