when I went to shipped I shipped the wrong case count

I was marking an order shipped/send but only shipped 104 and was supposed to ship 120. how can I ship the difference

Thank you for posting in the Support Center.

This will depend on your retailer. Some retailers allow partial shipments, so you would be able to create another ASN with the other 16 items noted, and you can simply send the rest of the shipment regularly. You would simply be able to create another ASN in our system.

Some retailers do not allow partial shipments, and our system will shut down any attempts to create another ASN. I would recommend reaching out to your buyer to advise them of the issue, and to see if they will allow you to create another partial shipment.
