When I click on Webforms Fulfillment a new tab opens and i am not logged in, how do i view webforms fulfillment?

In firefox and internet explorer when I click on Webforms fulfillment from the main page, a new tab opens and I am logged out.  I have downloaded Java and added the site to trusted sites on internet explorer.

Hi Josh,

I know that you've added our site to the trusted site. What URL did you add to trusted sites in IE? Can you remove all SPS-related sites in trusted sites within IE and try adding "hosted-commerce.net" to the compatibility view settings? Once you've completed this, please restart the browser > login to spscommerce.net > and try again. Let me know if this doesn't work.

Thanks for your help, looks like the account I was using did not have access to all the information.   I tried another account and was able to view webforms.

There are a variety of things that could be going on with this.  We can not replicate that on our side so there are some settings in your browser that we will need to take a look at.

This is best troubleshooted over the phone on a desktop share.  I would advise calling in to our Support Team and having them take a look at the browser and determining what exactly is going on there.
