When I acknowledge the PO and click on "next steps" button, both the "PO Ack" and "Invoice" are crossed out and I am unable to invoice.

Hi Shirley!

Thank you for posting to the Support Center.  Very sorry for the inconvenience today, but there are various reasons to why this may occur.

The first of which is that the PO may not have been acknowledged in the WebForms system yet.  What I mean by this is that the PO has not yet been opened or viewed by the user.  Please try opening the PO and then use the Next Steps options after that.  And f that didn't do the trick...

Another potential set back is that if you are using Internet Explorer your temporary Internet files may be preventing you from moving forward with your Order.  In order to reset your temporary internet files, please follow the steps below:

Tools > Internet Options > Delete... > (Please check "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies and Website Data" and uncheck the remaining) > Delete

To avoid having this happen again:

Tools > Internet Options > Settings (Right next to Delete...) > (Choose "Everytime I visit the webpage")

If these few tricks didn't do the trick, I may need to look into this a little further.  Please provide your company name and the full PO number that you are working off of.  I'm happy to assist!
