There are various ways that this feature can be used, but keep in mind that it may vary based on your particular business practices.
With that being said, here are a few ways we recommend the Label Column be leveraged:
• Enter names of various users to highlight their processing responsibilities
• Identify documents that need to be completed
• Identify documents that have already been completed
Identify documents based on the date a particular shipment was sent
• Identify the last date a document can be shipped
• Add a description highlighting the status of the document (Open, In Process, etc)
