What does "Tax Registration-Missing / # d'ENR de Taxe-manquant" mean?

I received an error message in my WebForms inbox from Loblaw that says "Tax Registration-Missing / # d'ENR de Taxe-manquant" What does that mean and how can I fix this problem?

This is an error generated in Loblaw's system regarding a violation of Loblaw's requirements for the Tax Registration number. This could also be sent to you as "Tax Number Missed / Numiro de taxe absent." This is required at the Summary level in the tax information on the GST tax line. This should be your Goods and Services Tax Number or your Tax Exempt Number issued to you by the Canadian (or provincial) revenue department. All tax registration numbers should be transmitted without any space between the characters.
