On the sgvendors site I have a PO that is indicated as needing "SAMPLE". What does this mean? I have to send this job to our vendor today so if you could get back to me quickly it would most appreciated.
Thank You,

Hi Charles!

While I am not familiar with Spencer's own vendor portal, my previous experience would lead me to believe that they are placing an order for product samples that they can evaluate as part of the buying process.  This is a bit of a guess on my part and I would certainly advise following up with your buyer at Spencer's to make sure everyone is on the same page.  Please let me know if you have any questions and have a great weekend!

Dear Matt,
Thank you for your reply. While I am new to Spencer's system, your thoughts were what I was thinking too. It's just that this testing and inspection process seems to be an important part of the production process, I didn't want to screw it up. Thanks again for your help!
Yours Truly,
Chuck
