What does "J012 Duplicate POs" mean?

I received an error message in my WebForms inbox from Home Depot that says "J012 Duplicate POs" What does that mean and how can I fix this problem?

This is an error generated in Home Depot's system (this could be Home Depot, Home Depot Canada or HD Supply) when you send more than one Advance Ship Notice (ASN) for a single order. When Home Depot receives a Ship Notice, the Purchase Order listed on that Ship Notice is marked in their system as having been filled. This means that if you send more than one Ship Notice, even if you are trying to send a correction, Home Depot cannot accept the second until you contact them to have the first Ship Notice sent deleted and the Purchase Order re-opened.
