What do we do if one item from an order isn't showing up?

There are five items from this particular sales order that we need to include on the ITEM INFO area on Pick and Pack. Four items came up fine, but one isn't showing up and so we can't include it, even though we scanned, packed and invoiced it without a problem. We need to know how to get this item to be included so we're sending the company accurate information.

Hi InvoicQueens! This issue is usually related to "item tracking" trading partners and their return documents. If you created a similar document and saved it with the missing quantity, that quantity will not be available for the same document type without a PO reset.

I would be happy to take a look and possibly perform a PO reset, however, I will need the full PO number. Could you please provide me with the PO number(s) that you are experiencing this issue with?
