What do I do if my spreadsheet is stuck in Queued status?

I am trying to upload a spreadsheet using the Assortment - Catalog v6 platform, and my spreadsheet upload has been stuck in Queued status for 2 hours, how do I proceed?

If you notice a spreadsheet that has not passed through validation in a timely manner, please contact Assortment Operations at (888) 739-3232, option 3 for Assortment or assortment@spscommerce.com.
