What to do when a new PO is received for The Iconic

I just received a new PO for The Iconic and I am trying to process it but i can't seem to figure it out. I've tried looking at the training videos but they are no help since I can't seem to find the same tabs that the video is showing you need to update.  Anyone have any tips?

So sorry about the delay in replying!  I have looked into this and your company is on the new Fulfillment product with access to the Training Center.

You should be able to get to the new training videos for the Iconic through the Training Center website and click on the Fulfillment video.

I have reached out to your implementation analyst: Eric Cox and he will be contacting you within 24 hours to assist as well.  If you are not able to get to those videos, let him know and he can assist you with that.
