Thank you for posting in the Support Center.

A "Full Form Entry" is our manual option. You will be given the full form to fill out manually. If you have any default values set in your "Preferences" tab under "Document Sourcing," those values will source in for you, but you will primarily be filling out the form yourself.

If you choose "Quick Entry," it is similar to the Autocomplete option in WebForms. Our system will take as much information as it can from the Purchase Order, and try to fill out as much of the form as possible for you. There usually will still be a few fields you will need to fill out, but our system will present you with these few fields after it finishes completing your form. You will then get the option to save or send your autocompleted document. If you'd like to review, you can save and go view it, or you can simply send it.
