Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

The Forecast Comparison (Product Forecast) has unfortunately been down since our latest WebForms version was released. The work around for this issue is to just download the .csv file for that document. We are aware that it is not the most convenient work around and our product team is working on a solution to this.

I am happy to let you know that as of about an hour ago, a build has been released that fixes this issue.  I greatly apologize for the inconvenience.  We have had limited resources/timeframes for releases during the holiday season as we want to ensure system stability.
