We are setup for Costco on documents 810, 824, 850, & 860. Is there a form that we must print out for them to sign when receiving the shipments? Were can I find it to print it? Also, since we are not setup on doc856, does that mean we're not required to accept/reject POC?

Hello,

Thank you for posting to the Support Center!

In terms of a form a vendor is required to sign when receiving a shipment, we not produce that document.  There may be something you will need to sign that is produced by the carrier, but your best course of action here it to ask Costco if there is a document you should be aware of during their shipping procedure that the carrier produces.  We do not create that document.

You will be required to accept and reject PO Changes because you will need to act on them to create an invoice.  Even if you do not need them for the Advance Ship Notice, you will not be able to create any documents from the PO if there are POCs pending.

Let us know if you have any further questions,
Thank you,
