what do you do when a company like Walmart doesn't have you ship within SPS Commerce?

when I am in Overview I see 409 orders within Ready for Shipment. Most of them are from Walmart.  They don't have us close the loop by adding the shipping info in SPS.  Is there a way to denote that they have shipped or some such insight?

Mikel,

You have a few options for these orders. You can either:

1. Manually archive the orders,
2. Manually close the workflow for these orders, or
3. Remove the "Ready for Shipment" insight from the overview tab in your account (see screenshot below)


Options 1 and 2 will remove the orders in question from the "Ready for Shipment" status in the overview tab, and option 3 will allow you to remove the "Ready for Shipment" insight from the overview tab altogether.
