Increased Search Functionality
The search function now allows you to search within a particular category. This will help you narrow down topics to the service(s) that are relevant to you.
Integrated Webinar Calendar
Our Webinarr calendar is now available to you through Support Center. Simply click 'Upcoming Events' in the upper right-hand corner and choose a Webinar from the list. Once you click on the Webinar of your choice, be sure to register using the link provided in the description.
More Efficient Chat Functionality
Our chat service is still available as it previously was. We've added an additional filter to save you time by allowing you to choose the proper support team. To chat in to our support teams, navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the Support Center and click 'Chat Us'.
In the overlay box, hover over the support teams to find view the SPS products supported by that team. Once you've found the correct team, simply click and you are on your way.
