catalog will not pull up. It takes be back to the login screen and i just go in a loop. This has always been a problem and have never been able to get into the catalog area. Also now when I click webforms it just gives me a white screen under the task bar.

Hi Jesse,

Thanks for your post and I apologize for any inconvenience this caused.  We can try a few things that should be able to get you into the Catalog site.  First, I would recommend using Internet Explorer to access the site if possible.  You can also try using the direct link to Catalog below:

https://catalog.spscommerce.com/catalogs.dll

You should be prompted to enter your username and password in a small window after clicking this.  You can save this as a bookmark for future use as well.  I find that it is a bit easier to use this instead of the going through all of the portal screens.

If you are still having trouble with the white screen and the looping log in information, please let me know and we can go through a few more options.  Thank you!

Hi Jesse,

When you are looping do you see any notices at the bottom of your screen regarding a pop-up blocker or any particular errors that might be occurring?  The link above should provide you with a window to type in your username and password, so if that's not coming up, there may be something preventing it from opening.

Also, do you know if you have any of our sites currently listed as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer?  You can check this by going to the Tools menu in the top left or by clicking on the gear icon in the top right of your screen, then doing the following:

-Select Internet Options
-Click on the Privacy tab
-Click on the green checkmark for Trusted Sites
-Click on the Sites button just below that checkmark
-Remove any sites such as https://catalog.spscommerce.com/catalogs.dll or https://portal.hosted-commerce.net/

If this does not work, please contact us at (888) 739-3232 option 5.  We should be able to further troubleshoot this issue and find a resolution.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Thanks!
