WebForms Users: Join our Customer Community!

This fall, SPS Commerce launched Customer Community - a community platform where customers can collaborate with other users and the SPS Commerce team. Customer Community provides a forum where you can ask questions, provide feedback and report issues.

Engage with SPS Commerce’s Operations team: Receive comprehensive support for document errors, functionality or trading partner requirements.

Collaborate with other WebForms users: Have you discovered the best way to optimize workflow or learned important information about doing business with one of your trading partners? Learn from peers while sharing insight you’ve learned based on your real-world use of the product.

Provide suggestions for future enhancements: Provide valuable feedback we can use to further enhance our products.

Beginning the week of February 4th, Customer Community will become accessible within your WebForms mailboxes via a new Support tab. Review this short video for an introduction on how to join Customer Community.
