WebForms isn't working. I click on the ASN link & the "Please wait... your form is loading" comes up, but the form doesn't load. I've downloaded the latest Java 7. Any ideas?? I attempted this on both my MacBook & Mac.

Hi Andrew!

We are currently aware of a recent issue with Apple not allowing Java forms to load.

We are investigating possible solutions and I will provide an update once we know more.

Hi Andrew,

The reason you are not able to load these forms anymore are due to the security issues with Java 7u11 and older. To address this Apple has released an "Xprotect" list that blocks all older versions of Java from accessing a FireFox applet that helps load these Java forms. The only version of Java that worked for Mac OS X 10.7 and newer was Java 6u37, which has now been disabled by Apple.

Now the only version of Java that I have found to work with limited ability on OS X 10.7 and newer is Java 7u13. You can download this from Java.com. Please note that printing or rendering any type of labels will not work. Also note that there is limited ability using the forms with this new version of Java. Since we do not officially support Apple operating systems through our development team, I would advise to use a PC as recommended.

Let us know if you have any further questions!

For us OSX users that don't use PC anymore.

You can disable this. Would be nice if it could disable it site specific. But the Java 7U13
update wouldn't work for me (no keyboard, which is another Java bug apparently)

Thanks for the tip Kenneth!

I have forwarded this to our Mac support team so they can take a look at the solutions outlined within that article.
Any news on this problem?? My forms will not load either as of this week??
