Webforms is a bunch of jibberish

Webforms is coming up as a bunch of text instead of columns and check boxes. This is the third time this week this has happened. Could we please get this fixed permanently so it doesn't keep setting us back?

Hi Nicole,

Thanks for your post!  I can take a look into this, but just need a little more information.  Which browser are you currently using to access WebForms and what have you done to try to resolve the issue so far?  Please let me know whenever you get a chance.  Thanks!

Good morning Fred. I haven't done anything besides close out of IE and keep trying. I just wait and it usually gets fixed after 8am EST. I'm figuring it's something on your end.
The browser I'm using is Internet Explorer.

Hi Nicole,

I am not aware of any pending issues that are occurring early in the morning.  There are a few things we can try that should be able to help you access WebForms in Internet Explorer, though.  First, I would recommend clearning any temporary internet files in Internet Explorer.  Here is a video that explains how to do this.  I would also recommend setting Internet Explorer to 'Compatibility Mode'.  You can do this by clicking on the icon that looks like a ripped sheet of paper to the right of our web address:


You can also access this by going to Tools > Compatibility View Settings, then adding our address to the list.  The address should automatically populate in the window that opens.  After doing this, refresh your browser or click on 'WebForms' again at the top of the screen.  After doing both of these, the site should appear as normal.  Please let me know if you still run into any issues or have any questions.  Thanks!

We clear the browser cache regularly so I doubt that is the problem. The next time this happens I will try compatibility Mode to see if that helps.
