When attempting to load an invoice document in Webforms I am being told to clear my JAVA plug-in cache and to try again. After doing what was asked, I am still not able to load the invoice.

Good afternoon, Jon! Usually, if you get the "clear Java plug-in cache and try again" error, you will need to clear the Java cache or check on your version of Java. If you have already done this and you are using Mozilla Firefox, there might be a red 'lego' looking icon in the top left hand corner of your browser, right next to where you enter in the URL of the website. If you see this, please click on it and in the drop down menu, choose "Always activate for this website." Then, refresh your page and try loading your Invoice form again!

If you aren't using Firefox, are you getting the same issue with Internet Explorer?

Drew, I'm having another issue. When in Webforms and trying to create a new invoice a text box appears, "please wait... your form is loading". This is as far as I can get. The form never loads. I use IE and I tried switching compatibility view, but that doesn't seem to help. Please help.

Hi Jon,

If you are having an issue loading forms in IE there are a couple reasons that may happen. If you have not recently updated your Java plugin that could be causing the issue. I would advise going to www.java.com and downloading the latest version of Java. After installation, you will want to close out IE and open a new IE window. Also, it may prompt you to run/allow the plugin and you will want to accept those prompts.

Secondly, you will want to ensure that your pop-up blocker is shut off in IE. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional assistance!
