WebForms performance has returned to normal as of 11:25 AM CDT.  We will
continue monitoring.  Thank you for your patience and we apologize for

As of 11:51am we are still experiencing issues.  Attempting to create batches of documents and receiving "Sorry action cannot be completed" message and/or creating only a portion of the documents but not all.

Hey Christine, the status is them saying it is fixed, but it really isn't.  Pretty standard.

Hello Matt!

Are you still having trouble with this issue? If so, would you please elaborate on the steps leading up to the roadblock? Are you attempting to use Autocomplete (one-per-source)?

Yes, auto-complete (one per source) and now also having issues doing auto-complete with only a single document.  Just gives the "sorry" message with a thumbs down.  Doesn't matter what type of document we are attempting to create, 810, 855, 856, same issue.

I've been having issues printing labels all afternoon.  For some reason, when I select my Zebra printer, it is trying to print them on the wrong size labels.  I have closed and restarted the program, turned my printer off and back on, tried printing a different label (one that I had already printed correctly) and nothing has worked.  It will print correctly on plain paper with my inkjet, but I need these on label stock. I hate to restart my computer this late in the day, so I guess I'm going to give up and try again tomorrow.
