WebForms opens to a blank screen

We have a number of SPS Commerce Login accounts and they all seem to work except user tyjywy.  We can log in, but when we select WebForms, nothing is displayed except the header screen.  Our CS rep was able to access this a couple days ago, but now cannot.  I tested as well from both Internet Explorer and Firefox with the same results.  I am using the latest Java version.

I am having the same issue with Internet Explorer, however, it does display using Google Chrome. Haven't tried Firefox.

Good morning,

I am going to address this in two portions as although the issue appears the same on the front, the root causes are actually different. 

Mike - The username you provided above was merged with another usename way back in 2013, per your request.  Following the merge, the WebForms capabilities were removed, however it appears that we are able to access catalog V6 via that username.  I am going to reach out to you offline as I am not comfortable including usernames/potentially sensitive information. (if you would like to "edit" your post and remove the username, please feel free.  I have it written down here.)

J1R2S3able - We have seen the issue with Internet Explorer when a file goes corrupt within the browser.  You may try clearing your temporary internet files, as explained here, however generally the only resolution is an IE Reset.  I can certainly shed light on how to do this, however it always makes me a little nervous that personal settings may be lost.
